izna is making a comeback with the support of renowned producers.

The group izna, consisting of Mai, Bang Jee-min, Koko, Ryu Sa-rang, Choi Jung-eun, and Jeong Sae-bi, held a media showcase on the 30th at the Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their second mini-album, 'Not Just Pretty.'

Famous producers such as Teddy, 24, Kush, and VVN have contributed to izna's new album. Ryu Sa-rang expressed, "It was an honor to work with them. Thanks to their involvement, not only the title track but also the other songs in the album have a diverse charm." She added, "The title track has a lot of rap. I studied my tone diligently during recording, and it was rewarding to hear Teddy praise it."

Choi Jung-eun shared, "Producer 24 gave feedback that while we previously showcased a dreamy and ethereal vibe, this time, as the album title suggests, we should set aside the pretty image and sing with more confidence and assertiveness." She continued, "What stuck with me the most was Teddy's advice that we should be happy and enjoy making music."

Bang Jee-min commented, "The songs produced by Teddy are doing well, and we enjoy listening to them. We often talked about how we should do justice to the songs he gave us and become even more impressive artists. It's a good kind of pressure and a driving force for us to strive to become proud artists."

This album marks a bold departure from izna's previous style. The new release includes five tracks: the title track 'Mamma Mia,' 'Supercrush,' 'Racecar,' 'In the Rain,' and 'SIGN (Remix).' The title track 'Mamma Mia' tells the story of a girl confidently moving forward despite the world's interference, characterized by its addictive sound and minimal beat.

izna's second mini-album 'Not Just Pretty' will be released at 6 PM today.
