TWS Unveils Comic-Inspired Visuals for Upcoming Mini Album 'Play Hard'

The group TWS (comprising Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin) has heightened anticipation for their comeback with visuals reminiscent of comic book characters.

On the 29th, TWS released the first official photos for their mini 4th album 'play hard' on their official social media channels.

The photos, titled 'play mode' version, reveal the inner world of a boy who wants to immerse himself purely in what he loves. The serious expressions of the members as they gaze into the camera convey a longing for freedom.

Particularly striking are the individual cuts featuring 2D graphics of wings, giving an almost surreal feel. The wings symbolize the process of growing up as one finds something they passionately love. The unique graphic elements, bold styling, and the natural physique of the six members combine to create visuals that seem to leap out of a comic.

The accompanying illustrated images also captivate, depicting the members' uninhibited approach to their passions with a free-spirited art style, capturing TWS's dynamic energy.

This is not the first time TWS has embraced a comic-like aesthetic. In their mini 1st album 'Sparkling Blue', they collaborated with renowned Korean comic artist Chun Gye-young, incorporating original artwork from the comic 'Unplugged Boy' into the Weverse Albums version cover design. This collaboration harmonized with their refreshing and vibrant music, exciting fans.

Set to release on October 13th, the mini 4th album 'play hard' embodies the spirit of throwing oneself entirely into youth and passion. Fans can expect to experience TWS's intense energy. The pre-release track 'Head Shoulders Knees Toes', released on the 22nd, is already gaining popularity with a high-difficulty dance challenge featuring top-tier choreographers and dancers like Bada, Dugi, Doni, Waxxi, Baek Gyu-young, and We Dem Boyz.

On the 30th at 10 PM, TWS will continue to build excitement for their comeback by unveiling the compact version official photos for 'play hard'.
