Mnet's 'M Countdown' Promises Exciting Premieres and Special Stages

Mnet's 'M Countdown' is set to thrill fans today with a golden lineup featuring the first-ever performances of new songs and special stages. Notably, Zerobaseone's Sung Han-bin, who had been an MC since September 2023, stepped down from the role on October 4 alongside BoyNextDoor's Myung Jae-hyun.

Jang Woo-young will debut his new title track 'Think Too Much (Feat. DAMINI)' on the 'M Countdown' stage. The track's sophisticated funky sound marks his solo comeback, drawing significant attention to his performance.

YUQI will also showcase her solo stage. For the first time since her debut, she will perform her solo single's title track 'M.O.' on a music show. Her bold and confident attitude, combined with a fresh approach, is expected to captivate the audience.

Lim Young-woong will present his song 'Reply' for the first time on a music show, aiming to capture fans' hearts. Known for his impactful presence with the title track 'Moment Like Eternity' from his second studio album 'IM HERO 2', Lim Young-woong is set to deliver another moving performance.

LUN8 and BADVILLAIN will also make their comeback on 'M Countdown' this week. LUN8 plans to reveal deeper emotions with their title track 'Lost', while BADVILLAIN aims to captivate the audience with the performance of their new song 'THRILLER'. Additionally, IDID will make their official debut with 'Brilliantly As I Please' on today's show.

A special stage is also in store. The 'Love Is' team, who won the 'Debut Concept Battle' during the semi-final mission of Mnet's 'Boys II Planet', will perform on 'M Countdown' as part of their prize. The anticipated 'Chains' stage is expected to leave a lasting impression.

This week's special MCs are ALLDAY PROJECT's Woochan and Youngseo, whose chemistry and new charm as MCs are already drawing attention.
