MONSTA X's I.M Parts Ways with Sony Music Korea After Successful Solo Journey

On October 15, I.M's official SNS 'Team I.M' announced via Instagram, "After careful consideration, I.M has mutually agreed to terminate the contract."
Sony Music Korea, which had been working with I.M since 2022, stated, "I.M has solidified his unique musical world over the past three years with us. We express our deep gratitude to I.M for sharing his music and sincerity, and we will always support him with affection."
Meanwhile, MONSTA X recently celebrated their 10th anniversary with a full-group concert titled 'CONNECT X.' I.M, who debuted as a solo artist in February 2021, is the only member of the group yet to complete his military service, which he is set to begin this year.
