NewJeans' Danielle Spotted Running with Singer Sean Amidst Legal Battles

NewJeans member Danielle was seen enjoying an early morning run with singer Sean.

On the 21st, Sean shared a photo on his social media with the caption, "Unknown Crew early morning running. The early bird catches the worm." The photo featured Danielle and actor Park Bo-gum.

Sean praised the duo, saying, "Diligent Bo-gum and Danielle. It's admirable and impressive to see them start their day by finding small joys through running early in the morning. Bo-gum, have a safe fan meeting in the Philippines and Thailand. Danielle, good luck with your upcoming first 10km race. Everyone, fighting today!"

On May 17, the Seoul High Court's Civil Division 25-2 (Presiding Judges Hwang Byung-ha, Jung Jong-gwan, and Lee Kyun-yong) dismissed the appeal filed by the five members of NewJeans against the 'prohibition of independent activities' injunction. Previously, in April, the Seoul Central District Court's Civil Division 50 (Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon) upheld the injunction filed by ADOR, prohibiting the members from engaging in independent entertainment activities or signing advertising contracts without ADOR's consent.

As a result of this decision, NewJeans members are effectively barred from conducting any entertainment activities independently of ADOR.

On the 14th, Danielle attended a mediation session at the Seoul Central District Court regarding ADOR's lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract against the five NewJeans members.
