K-Pop Group SEVENTOEIGHT Reveals BTS as Their Role Model at Debut Showcase

On the afternoon of the 28th, SEVENTOEIGHT held a media showcase to commemorate their debut at the Shocking K-Pop Center in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
During the event, member Diom shared, "I grew up watching K-Pop from a young age. Watching my favorite seniors, I was inspired by their energy and wanted to perform on stage. That's why I wanted to debut in Korea."
Exy then revealed that BTS's Jimin is her role model, saying, "I really admire Jimin. He sings so well, and he's my vocal role model." Em also mentioned BTS's V, stating, "I'm a fan of V. His expressions on stage are so impressive, and I've learned a lot from him. I respect him greatly."
Diom added, "I like BIGBANG's GD (G-Dragon). My parents are dancers, so I grew up listening to music. I want to perform well on stage like him."
SEVENTOEIGHT is releasing their debut single album 'SEVENTOEIGHT,' which includes the title track 'PDSR (Please Don't Stop The Rain)' and 'DRIP & DROP.' 'PDSR' is a summer-themed song characterized by bright and refreshing guitar sounds, while 'DRIP & DROP' is a deep house track showcasing SEVENTOEIGHT's sexy masculinity.
SEVENTOEIGHT's debut single album 'SEVENTOEIGHT' will be available on various music streaming sites at 6 PM on the 28th.
