ZEROBASEONE's 'SLAM DUNK' Takes Global Charts by Storm Ahead of Full Album Release

ZEROBASEONE, the group that has achieved five consecutive million-seller records since their debut in 2023, is heating up the anticipation for their upcoming full album release. Last year, CJ ENM's music division reported an annual revenue of 702.1 billion KRW, largely attributed to the success of ZEROBASEONE, which has captivated fans both domestically and internationally, contributing significantly to the company's return to profitability.

ZEROBASEONE, consisting of members Sung Han-bin, Kim Ji-woong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, Ricky, Kim Gyu-bin, Park Gun-wook, and Han Yu-jin, released the track 'SLAM DUNK' from their first full album 'NEVER SAY NEVER' on the 23rd. The song quickly climbed domestic and international music charts, showcasing its immense popularity.

Upon release, 'SLAM DUNK' entered real-time charts on major Korean music sites like Melon and Bugs, and its music video surpassed 1.6 million views in less than a day. The track also ranked 5th on Japan's largest music site, Line Music's TOP 100, and 7th on China's biggest music platform, QQ Music's Top Trends.

The music video trended in over 15 regions, including South Korea, Japan, Germany, Indonesia, Canada, France, Singapore, and Brazil, and achieved the 2nd spot on the Worldwide Trending Music Videos list.

Following the release of 'SLAM DUNK', keywords such as 'ZB1 SLAM DUNK OUT NOW', 'SLAM DUNK', and '#ZEROBASEONE' trended on X (formerly Twitter). On Melon's popular search terms, 'ZEROBASEONE' ranked 1st, and 'SLAM DUNK' entered at 4th.

'SLAM DUNK' is an EDM & HIPHOP track that evokes the drama of a live sports event. It combines a refreshing melody line and powerful sound with a sense of speed and rhythm, reminiscent of racing across a court, delivering a vivid sense of presence.

ZEROBASEONE is set to make their comeback with the release of their first full album 'NEVER SAY NEVER' on September 1st. This album marks a significant milestone in their musical journey with their fans, known as ZEROSE, highlighting the most brilliant moments of their career so far.
