This spring, the girl group FIFTY FIFTY sparked a craze with the 'Pookie Challenge.' Recently, the members participated in a popularity poll to decide which version they preferred: the 'male idol version' or the 'female idol version.' By a narrow margin, the male idol version won their favor.

On the evening of the 24th, a Q&A video featuring FIFTY FIFTY was released on TenAsia and ATA Festival's social media platforms. The video shows the group members answering fan questions. TenAsia's social media accounts are available on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X, while the ATA Festival has a dedicated Instagram account. In the video, the five members of FIFTY FIFTY gather and cheerfully say, "Ask FIFTY FIFTY anything!" The caption "Pookie male idol version vs. female idol version" follows. The question refers to which version of the Pookie Challenge, a dance challenge reinterpreted by FIFTY FIFTY's Moonshanel, they preferred. Pookie is a track from their April album 'Day & Night.'

One member starts by saying, "I prefer the female idol version," prompting the others to react with "Oh~" in admiration. Moonshanel then shares, "I lean towards the male idol version because I created it, so I feel proud." Athena agrees, saying, "I like cool things, so I'll go with the male idol version."

Kina then votes for the female idol version, tying the score. She says, "Since we're FIFTY FIFTY, I'll go with the female idol version." However, Ye-won concludes the poll by stating, "I enjoy watching the Pookie male idol version, so I'll choose that," giving the male idol version a 3-2 victory.

The members also answered other questions. When asked about a song they want fans to sing along to at the ATA Festival, Hana replied, "It would be great if you could shout 'Pookie' during 'I'm your Pookie in the morning~ You're my Pookie in the night~' from our song Pookie." For a song recommendation for a walk along the Han River, Moonshanel suggested "Heart Break," a track she really likes.

At the end of the video, FIFTY FIFTY waves to fans, saying, "See you at ATA on September 28th! Bye~"

FIFTY FIFTY is set to perform at the global music festival 'ATA Festival 2025' on September 28th at Hangang Nanji Park.
