The legendary K-POP group H.O.T. is making a comeback. After six years, the iconic group consisting of Kangta, Moon Hee-joon, Jang Woo-hyuk, Tony An, and Lee Jae-won will reunite as headliners for a major K-POP festival hosted by Hanteo Global.

On the 23rd, Hanteo Global CEO Kwak Young-ho announced that H.O.T. will headline the 'HANTEO Music Festival' (referred to as 'Haneumfe'), taking place on September 6th and 7th at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.

According to Hanteo Global, H.O.T. is set to deliver a performance lasting over 60 minutes, akin to a solo concert. This marks their first full-group performance since 2019, making it especially significant as they approach their 30th anniversary. Notably, September 7th is both their 29th debut anniversary and the day they begin their journey towards their 30th year.

The 'Haneumfe', being held for the first time this year, is anticipated to be a historic event. The festival will feature special performances from K-POP artists spanning from the first to the fifth generation. By having H.O.T., a symbol and pioneer of K-POP, as the headliner, the festival aims to highlight its significance.

The organizers stated, "This festival is set to make a mark in K-POP history," adding that the lineup of artists performing alongside H.O.T. will be revealed sequentially.
