Kaylee Departs from VCHA: JYP Entertainment Announces Member's Exit

JYP Entertainment announced on the 12th that "JYP America and Kaylee have mutually agreed to conclude her activities with VCHA after thorough discussions," confirming Kaylee's departure from the group.
Kaylee had temporarily halted her activities in March of last year due to health issues. After a hiatus of 1 year and 4 months, she has decided to leave the group.
VCHA, which had its pre-debut in September 2023 and officially debuted in January of last year, is a girl group produced in collaboration between JYP and Republic Records, a label under Universal Music. The group consists of six members selected through the American localization girl group audition project program 'A2K (America2K)' aired in 2023.
Following the announcement by member KG in December of last year, who revealed her departure from the team via social media and filed a lawsuit to terminate her contract with JYP, Kaylee's exit has now restructured VCHA into a four-member group.
VCHA released their second single, 'Only One,' in March.
