The Black Label's Rising Stars: ALLDAY PROJECT and MEOVV Shine Bright in K-Pop Scene

Kim Ji-won, a reporter from Ten Asia's music team, brings you the vibrant and refreshing world of K-pop like a shooting star.
The Black Label, led by hit producer Teddy, known for hits from BIGBANG and 2NE1, is showing significant growth. With successful acts like the group MEOVV and the new co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT, the label is poised to become a new powerhouse in the industry.
On the 24th, the newly debuted co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT made a strong impression on major domestic music charts. Debuting on the 23rd, they are off to a promising start. As The Black Label's first girl group MEOVV continues its long-term success, the label is strengthening its lineup with new talent.

ALLDAY PROJECT gained attention with member Annie, the daughter of a major retail conglomerate Shinsegae. They continue to capture attention with their musicality and talent. They faced off against P Nation's new girl group Baby DONT Cry, who debuted on the same day. Known as Psy's girl group, Baby DONT Cry had a relatively modest start compared to ALLDAY PROJECT. The latter's success marks a win for Teddy in his competition with Psy.

The Black Label is also strong in the solo artist category. Last year, BLACKPINK's Rosé dominated global music charts with 'On The Ground.' Jeon Somi is set to make a comeback on November 7th, a year after her last release. Known for her unique style, Somi's teaser images reveal a bold new look, hinting at a mature charm different from her previous lively image. The Black Label continues to solidify its lineup of successful female solo artists.
The Black Label is expanding its reach by bolstering its lineup of new talent. With MEOVV's success, ALLDAY PROJECT's promising start, and Jeon Somi's upcoming comeback, The Black Label is on a clear upward trajectory.
