ILLIT's Minju Reveals Intense Practice for Comeback: 'I Practiced Until I Tasted Blood'

On October 16, ILLIT held a media showcase at YES24 Live Hall to celebrate the release of their third mini-album, 'bomb'.
Minju shared, "I wanted to show how much I've improved since our last activities, so I practiced until I tasted blood in my throat." She added, "I focused a lot on basic vocal exercises to enhance my vocal skills. One day, our producer gave me feedback that my pitch had stabilized, and I was really grateful for that."
ILLIT's mini-album 'bomb' marks a progression from their previous albums, which focused on personal emotions, to an album that begins a more interactive journey with 'you'. The album includes five tracks: the title track 'Borrowed Cat (Do the Dance)', 'little monster', 'jellyous', 'oops!', and 'Night Picnic'. 'Borrowed Cat (Do the Dance)' is about the nervousness of a first date and the bold desire to keep dancing together despite the chaos in one's mind.
Meanwhile, ILLIT's mini-album 'bomb' will be released on various music charts at 6 PM on October 16.
