ATEEZ Returns with Refreshing Summer Track 'Lemon Drop' from New Mini Album

ATEEZ is back with a refreshing new track for the summer.

On the 12th, ATEEZ held a press conference at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery in Mapo-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their 12th mini-album, 'GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3'.

The third installment in the 'Golden Hour' series, 'GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3', marks ATEEZ's return with a new album after approximately seven months. The title track, 'Lemon Drop', is a summer season song featuring lyrics by members Hongjoong and Mingi, showcasing ATEEZ's unique musical style and delicate emotions.

Hongjoong described the title track 'Lemon Drop' as "a refreshing R&B hip-hop genre song. It contains ATEEZ's sweet and tangy confession," adding, "I've heard this summer is going to be hotter. It's a song that can fill the hot summer days with ATEEZ's excitement."

Known for their intense tracks, ATEEZ is taking a different approach this time. Wooyoung expressed, "I tried to describe it as 'refreshing'. We've done a lot of strong songs, so I think this one is more refreshing compared to what ATEEZ has done before," he smiled. He added, "I want people to say, 'ATEEZ does summer songs well', 'Their strong and intense songs are great, but these kinds of songs suit them too'. It would be nice to have the phrase 'Summer is ATEEZ' associated with us."

ATEEZ's 12th mini-album 'GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3' is set to be released today at 1 PM.
