KATSEYE's Megan Comes Out as Bisexual, Joining Fellow Member Lara

Megan, a member of the multinational girl group KATSEYE under HYBE, has come out as bisexual.

During a live broadcast on the 6th, Megan announced, "I'm coming out. I'm bisexual." There had been ongoing speculation among fans about Megan's sexuality. With this revelation, two out of the six members of KATSEYE are now openly bisexual.

Earlier in March, fellow member Lara publicly shared her sexual orientation for the first time through a fan communication platform, stating that she is attracted to the same gender.

Lara expressed, "It can be scary, especially with the barrier of being a person of color," but added, "I am proud of myself." She thanked the many people and fans who support her, saying, "I am proud of myself. I am not ashamed at all. It's a part of who I am."

Lara and Megan are members of KATSEYE, a group produced jointly by HYBE and Geffen Records, which debuted in August last year. The group consists of members Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, and Yoonchae.
