Ha Sung-woon Tops TENASIA's May K-Pop Boy Brand Rankings, Followed by BTS and N.Flying

In May, TENASIA conducted a global voting service, dividing categories into K-Pop Boy Brand, K-Pop Girl Brand, and Hot Genre Brand.
Ha Sung-woon claimed the top spot in the K-Pop Boy Brand category. He gained attention with his unique delicate emotions and deepened vocals through the theme song 'Finale.' for the Japanese animated film 'The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbye.' Originally released by Japanese singer-songwriter eill in 2022, the song was loved for its emotional vocals. Ha Sung-woon infused the track with a new vitality, delivering a poignant yet hopeful message over a melody of soft rhythms and piano harmonies.
BTS secured the second position. According to the latest Billboard chart (dated May 31), BTS member Jin's mini-album 'Echo' title track 'Don't Say You Love Me' entered the Billboard Hot 100 at number 90. Member J-Hope is set to release his digital single 'Killin' It Girl (feat. GloRilla)' on June 13 at 1 PM. Among BTS members, RM and V, who are still serving in the military, will be discharged on June 10, while Jimin and Jungkook will be discharged on June 11. Suga, who is serving as a social service agent, will be released on June 21.
N.Flying took the third spot. They released their second full-length album 'Everlasting' on May 28 at 6 PM on various music sites. This marks their first full-group activity in about two years following the discharge of members Cha Hun, Kim Jae-hyun, and Seo Dong-sung. N.Flying has also announced their largest world tour since debut, visiting a total of 28 cities across Asia, the United States, Oceania, Europe, and South America until January next year.
Following them were TVXQ, Kang Daniel, DAY6, FTISLAND, BOYNEXTDOOR, Tours, and TEMPEST.
The rankings for Ha Sung-woon, BTS, N.Flying, TVXQ, Kang Daniel, DAY6, FTISLAND, BOYNEXTDOOR, Tours, and TEMPEST were determined by a combination of 30% media index using Melon chart data, 10% Google Trends index, and 60% global popularity votes through TENASIA's voting service.
The criteria for nominees in the K-Pop Boy Brand and K-Pop Girl Brand categories include male and female idol groups and solo artists within the top 30 on the Melon chart for the month. The Hot Genre Brand category includes domestic groups and solo artists with a history of entering the Melon chart and Idol Champ monthly chart within the top 30 for the month.
Each month, the winners of the TENASIA ARTIST TOP TEN receive benefits such as exclusive feature articles and promotion as the Artist Top Ten on TENASIA's main page.
