Q. How do you feel about releasing your fifth mini-album?
- I felt a lot and learned a lot while directly participating in the preparation of this mini-album. It's an upgraded album, and I'm very happy!

Q. The album is titled 'Essence of Reverie.' What core message do you want to convey through this album?
- I always ponder over music and aspire to be an artist who can adapt and change for listeners and EXO-Ls (our fandom).

Q. Why did you choose 'Elevator' as the title track?
- I loved the metaphor of expressing a loved one's heart as an 'elevator,' and I felt it amplified my youthful charm.

Q. Any behind-the-scenes stories or highlights from the music video shoot?
- It felt like shooting with friends throughout. The synergy with the dancers and the crew was great. Look out for the unreleased scenes and connecting points in the music video.

Q. What should fans look forward to in the title track's performance?
- The expressions, the vibe of the entire song, and the sophisticated melody line will allow me to greet many after a long time.

Q. You pre-released 'Chocolate' on the 15th. Why did you decide to do so?
- I was torn between 'Chocolate' and 'Elevator' for the title track. I have a strong attachment to 'Chocolate,' so I decided to pre-release it.

Q. This is your fifth mini-album as a solo artist. What image do you want to leave with global listeners?
- I want to be remembered as 'fan-loving,' 'stable,' 'consistent,' and 'humble.'

Q. Any memorable songs or lyrics from the album?
- 'Black Dreams' stands out. I often tell EXO-Ls to "dream black," meaning to sleep soundly without dreaming. It was fun to work on this concept.

Q. You collaborated with Cold on this album. Why did you choose to work with him?
- Cold is diligent, passionate, and inspires me musically. We've built a strong rapport since 'Love Again' from my second mini-album. I believe we can create great music together.

Q. How would you describe this album in one word?
- 'Love.' It reflects the love from fans and my desire to reciprocate that love.

Q. You're embarking on your first solo world tour in June. What are your goals and expectations?
- My goal is to greet EXO-Ls worldwide and ensure the wait was worthwhile.

Q. Many fans have been eagerly awaiting your new album. Any message for them?
- I realized how much EXO-Ls coexist with my life while working on this album. Your endless love and support have made me who I am. I hope this album fills your hearts with love.
