RIIZE Unveils Debut Album 'ODYSSEY' with Exclusive Melon Spotlight Content
RIIZE, the rising K-pop group, has finally released their debut full-length album 'ODYSSEY' and is amplifying their comeback with exclusive content in collaboration with Melon.

On October 19th at 6 PM, Melon, the music platform by Kakao Entertainment, announced RIIZE as the featured artist for their 'Melon Spotlight' service, which highlights new releases both online and offline. Alongside the album release, fans can look forward to a variety of content including magazines, interviews, exclusive photos, selfies, and artist notes. Additionally, there will be real-time chat events and fan meet-ups, offering fans a chance to interact directly with the group.

'ODYSSEY' encapsulates RIIZE's identity, focusing on their 'non-stop growth story' as they strive for new heights. The album includes a total of 10 tracks, with the title track 'Fly Up' being a dance song reminiscent of 1950s rock and roll. The members portray breaking free from biases and connecting with a broader audience through music and dance.

In the Melon Spotlight interview, member Sohee highlighted the moment she wanted to 'Spotlight' the most during the 'ODYSSEY' preparation as "when we went to LA to shoot the 'Fly Up' music video." She shared that revisiting the location where they filmed their debut music video made the experience particularly special. The interview will also reveal the members' candid responses to questions about their favorite 'Spotlight' moments from the album and their performances.

On the day of the album release and on October 21st at 6:30 PM, a 'Music Wave' real-time chat event will be held with the members. Three participants will be randomly selected to receive signed CDs. Additionally, on October 29th, a fan meet-up event will invite 200 Melon users.

'Melon Spotlight' is a service that promotes new albums to the public through exclusive content and broadcasts on the large LED screen at Samsung Station's K-POP LIVE. Melon also runs other projects like 'TrackZero' for indie artists, 'Hi-RiSiNG' for nurturing new artists, and 'EDITION m' for human curation.
