NCT Wish Reflects on SM's 30th Anniversary Concert and Prepares for New Mini Album 'Poppop'

On the 10th, NCT Wish held a press interview at a cafe in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their second mini-album, 'Poppop'.
In January, SM Entertainment hosted the 'SMTOWN Live' concert to commemorate its 30th anniversary, featuring collaborative performances by SM artists. During the event, NCT Wish's Jaehui performed with H.O.T.'s Kangta, while Sion shared the stage with BoA.
Jaehui sang 'Polaris' with Kangta. The song was released in 2003, and Jaehui was born in 2005. He shared, "It's a song from before I was born," adding, "I was really nervous singing it because I was performing with the director." He continued, "While singing, my eyes were darting everywhere. I was so focused on the song that I didn't realize my state until I watched the playback, which was amusing. The next day, I was more mindful while performing."

Sakuya mentioned the group performance of 'Show Me Your Love'. He said, "While performing, I looked to the side and saw senior Yunho. It felt surreal and nerve-wracking, but he patted my shoulder, which helped me relax and perform comfortably."
The title track 'Poppop' is a dance-pop song featuring a bouncy melody, a heavy bassline, and dynamic percussion sounds, complemented by bells and lead synths. The album includes a total of six tracks, including 'Poppop'.
NCT Wish's second mini-album 'Poppop' will be available on various music platforms on the 14th at 6 PM.
