(G)I-DLE Set for Mid-May Comeback with New Mini Album
K-pop sensation (G)I-DLE is gearing up for a full-group comeback in mid-May.

A representative from Cube Entertainment confirmed to TenAsia on the 9th, "(G)I-DLE is preparing for a comeback aimed for May. We ask for your anticipation and support."

According to industry insiders, the upcoming comeback will be in the form of a mini album. This marks their return approximately 10 months after their last mini album, 'I SWAY,' released in July of last year.

This will be (G)I-DLE's first full-group activity since renewing their contract with Cube Entertainment. Following the renewal at the end of last year, the members have been focusing on solo projects. In January, Minnie released her first solo album 'HER,' and in March, Yuqi dropped the digital single 'Radio (Dum-Dum).'

Last year, (G)I-DLE released their second full album '2' and their seventh mini album 'I SWAY,' producing several hits like 'Super Lady,' 'I Hate Being Sick,' and 'Klaxon.' They also received the Grand Record Award at the 2024 Korea Grand Music Awards and the Record of the Year at the 2024 Melon Music Awards.
