BTS's J-Hope Announces New Music Releases and Engages Fans with Unique Experiences

BTS member J-Hope has announced the release of new music.

During a live session on the global superfan platform Weverse on the 11th (KST), J-Hope revealed plans to release two additional songs this year.

Following the release of his digital single 'Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)' on the 7th, J-Hope teased fans by stating, “Interestingly, all three songs will have different styles.” He also shared his thoughtful approach to music, saying, “While working on the album in the U.S., I pondered what kind of music you would love, and the answer was simply 'good music.'”

J-Hope expressed that this year's single project is helping him define his musical direction and build his unique style. He added that this project is likely to have a significant impact on his next solo full-length album.

Recently, J-Hope has been actively engaging with fans. On the day before the song release, he hosted a 12-hour live session on Weverse, and on the release day, he held a fan event called 'Sweet Dreamland' to connect with fans both online and offline.

He then traveled to the U.S. to host a pop-up event 'Sweet Dreams Flowers' at Genesis House in New York on the 9th and 10th. The pop-up space was adorned with flowers selected by J-Hope himself, and handwritten message cards added a personal touch. Visitors enjoyed creating bouquets in a space reflecting the concept of his new song.

Additionally, J-Hope collaborated with the famous American bakery 'Magnolia Bakery' to offer cupcakes and banana pudding inspired by the mood of his new song. He personally participated in the product design, adding a special touch.

J-Hope is also making appearances on popular variety shows to offer diverse content to fans. He has appeared on MBC's 'I Live Alone' and JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,' and announced upcoming appearances on YouTube channels 'Gabi Girl' and 'Fairy Jaehyung.'

J-Hope is currently on a large-scale world tour. Starting in Brooklyn on the 14th and 15th, he will embark on a North American tour, including stops in Chicago and Oakland. Notably, he is set to become the first Korean solo artist to perform at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, marking a significant milestone for the tour.
