EXO's Baekhyun Collaborates with UMI on New Emotional R&B Track 'Do What You Do'

EXO member and solo artist Baekhyun has released a new song titled 'Do What You Do' in collaboration with American singer-songwriter UMI.

Released on the 3rd, 'Do What You Do' marks Baekhyun's first collaboration track in four years. The emotional R&B duet captures the conflicting emotions between two people dealing with the pain of separation. The song features a warm analog sound, blending the delicate vocal emotions of Baekhyun and UMI to leave a lasting impression.

UMI contributed to the songwriting, adding authenticity to the track, while renowned K-POP hitmaker EL CAPITXN (Jang Yi-jeong) took on the role of producer, enhancing the song's quality. EL CAPITXN has proven his musical prowess by working with various K-POP artists, including BTS and IU.

With this new release, EL CAPITXN plans to further connect K-POP with the global music scene through various projects. He aims to introduce K-POP's unique sound to the world market and continue collaborations with international artists to create new musical synergies.

Last year, Baekhyun's mini-album 'Hello, World' achieved triple million-seller status, breaking his own record for highest first-week sales. Baekhyun plans to continue his active presence both domestically and internationally, starting with 'Do What You Do'.
