Hearts2Hearts Debuts Amidst Rivalry with Starship's Kiki: A New Era in K-Pop

Hearts2Hearts, the rookie girl group from SM Entertainment, has shared their thoughts on debuting amidst a budding rivalry with Starship Entertainment's Kiki.

On the 24th, Hearts2Hearts held a debut showcase at the YES24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

Coinciding with Hearts2Hearts' debut, Kiki is releasing a pre-debut track, naturally setting the stage for a competitive dynamic. Jiwoo from Hearts2Hearts expressed, "Rather than feeling pressured, I think we can positively influence each other as we promote together." She added, "Like our team name, our charm lies in connecting with fans through our unique music."

Hearts2Hearts aims to connect with global fans and expand into a larger 'us' through their mystical and beautiful musical world, filled with various emotions and heartfelt messages. The group consists of eight members: Jiwoo, Carmen, Yuha, Stella, Jueun, Aina, Ian, and Yeon.

Their title track, 'The Chase,' features a blend of ethereal sound sources and vocal melodies, creating a mysterious and intriguing atmosphere. The track is characterized by its mood changes centered around a strong and unique bass synth. The lyrics convey a confident message of "I will pave my own path," along with excitement and curiosity about the new world they are about to explore.

Hearts2Hearts' debut single 'The Chase' will be available on various music streaming sites at 6 PM today.
