LE SSERAFIM Set to Ignite with Fifth Mini Album 'HOT'

LE SSERAFIM is making a comeback with their fifth mini album 'HOT' on March 14 at 1 PM. This marks their return approximately seven months after their previous release.

The group, consisting of Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae, announced the release of their mini album through the global fan platform Weverse at midnight on the 17th. According to their agency, 'HOT' embodies LE SSERAFIM's passionate attitude towards what they love.

Simultaneously, the logo motion for the new album was unveiled on HYBE Labels' YouTube channel and Source Music's official social media. The video features ice melting in flames, gradually forming LE SSERAFIM's logo, which eventually melts away, sparking curiosity about the new release. The phrase “I’M BURNING HOT” appears at the end of the video, capturing attention.

Previously, LE SSERAFIM's fourth mini album 'CRAZY' made waves on major international charts. 'CRAZY' debuted at number 7 on Billboard's main album chart, the 'Billboard 200', making LE SSERAFIM the first fourth-generation K-pop girl group to have three consecutive albums in the top 10 of the 'Billboard 200'. The title track also appeared for two consecutive weeks on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Chart.

The group has garnered global attention from international media such as the UK's fashion and culture magazine Dazed, the US magazine Teen Vogue, and Japan's largest cable broadcasting company USEN, proving their worldwide popularity. Notably, even five months post-release, 'CRAZY' continues to climb major charts like Billboard and Spotify, maintaining its long-lasting appeal.
