82MAJOR Dazzles in Winter Photoshoot, Reflects on Billboard Success and Future Goals
82MAJOR showcases their unique charm in a winter photoshoot.
On December 3rd, Dazed unveiled the December issue featuring a photoshoot and interview with the group 82MAJOR, consisting of Nam Sung-mo, Park Seok-jun, Yoon Ye-chan, Jo Sung-il, Hwang Sung-bin, and Kim Do-kyun.
In the photoshoot, 82MAJOR perfectly embodied the 'Fallen Angels of Six' concept reminiscent of Hong Kong cinema, highlighting their reputation as 'concept masters.' The members' striking visuals captivated fans.
Debuting in October last year, 82MAJOR gained attention on the U.S. Billboard charts within a year. Reflecting on their growth, member Do-kyun noted, "We've improved significantly through performing. We learn a lot on-site and practice daily during our downtime. I feel that this time is accumulating." In October, 82MAJOR released their second mini-album 'X-82' and are engaging with fans worldwide with the title track 'Stuck.' In the music video, the members transform into secret agents, adding a unique twist. Ye-chan expressed satisfaction, saying, "Our nickname is '82 Comedy Major.' We're like friends, and it's fun to hang out with the members. I think that vibe is well captured in the music video."
Regarding their ultimate goal, 82MAJOR shared, "We hope to be a group remembered not just in this era but for a long time. We believe that by steadily creating music without rushing, we can achieve our dreams someday."
More of 82MAJOR's interview and photoshoot can be found in the December issue of Dazed.
