'APT.' was released as a pre-release single ahead of Rosé's official comeback on December 6 and will be included in her first full-length album 'rosie.' Upon release, it achieved a 'Perfect All-Kill' by topping real-time, daily, and 'TOP 100' charts on domestic music sites like Melon, Genie, Bugs, and Vibe.

Moreover, it secured the number one spot on Spotify's US chart and topped iTunes charts in 40 regions, proving its global phenomenon. It also reached number one on China's largest music site, QQ Music, showcasing the heat of 'APT.' across the Americas and Asia. Notably, Rosé became the first Korean female solo artist to top the US Spotify chart and the Global Spotify Daily Top Song chart, marking another career high with this single 'APT.'

Rosé expressed her gratitude, saying, "The song was naturally written while playing a game I enjoy with friends in the studio. I'm truly touched and grateful that so many people are listening and enjoying it together. Although I had many worries and concerns, I'm happy and energized by the love I'm receiving." She responded to the support from fans worldwide.

'APT.,' in which Rosé participated directly, is inspired by the widely known 'Apartment Game' in Korea. Rosé explained, "The 'Apartment Game' is a game I really love; it's simple, fun, and perfect for lifting the mood. One night, while working in the studio, I taught the staff how to play, and as we enjoyed it together, the song began to take shape. Bruno Mars joined in, completing the track."

Meanwhile, 'rosie,' which includes the pre-release single 'APT.,' is Rosé's first full-length album, featuring a total of 12 tracks, including the title track. Rosé participated in writing and composing all the songs, aiming to share her honest and intimate stories.
