Lee Seung-gi expresses his thoughts on the 20th anniversary of his debut

Lee Seung-gi had an emotional time with his fans.

At 2 PM and 6 PM on the 27th, at Samsung Hall of Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Lee Seung-gi held a fan meeting '7300+' for the 20th anniversary of his debut and met with fans who have shared 20 years of time with him.

Wearing jeans, a white belt, a black shirt, and a white jacket, Lee Seung-gi recreated the style from his debut stage 20 years ago and appeared singing 'Because You're My Woman,' the song that made him known to the world, meeting fans for the first time in a long time.

After singing the first song, Lee Seung-gi said, "In commemoration of the 20th anniversary, I have moved to a new company, so I prepared a fan meeting because I thought it would be nice to have a chance to meet you all."

In the Q&A corner, Lee Seung-gi got closer to the fans with intimate and small questions and answers that are only possible at fan meetings. In particular, in response to a fan's request for 'TMI' for the new album, he said, "I asked senior Yoon Jong-shin to write a song," raising expectations for the new song.

Lee Seung-gi, who sang the song 'Delete' from his debut album, said, "I went back to the beginning and sang 'Delete'," and said, "I sang it at the 20th anniversary fan meeting, and it reminded me of my first album, High School."

Lee Seung-gi said, "Even if it is not the 20th anniversary, I am grateful to the fans who have been with me, and I am very happy that I can meet them in person and talk while reminiscing about the past 20 years." He added, "This year, I will focus on making a good album and come to a great concert. “I will work hard to improve myself as a singer so that you can meet me,” he said.


At the end of the fan meeting, fans surprised Lee Seung-gi with a song video of 'All the Time We Were Together' sung directly for him, a cheering video, and a cake event. Lee Seung-gi concluded the fan meeting by performing 'I Must Have Lost My Mind', 'Let's Go on a Trip', and 'Smile Boy', as well as the encore song 'All the Time We Were Together'.
