New Jeans plans to donate all proceeds from university festival

The group NewJeans (Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, Hyein) donates all proceeds from the university festival.

On the 25th, New Jeans' agency, ADOR, said through the fan communication app 'Porning', "New Jeans will perform on stage at a total of seven university festivals over the course of a week to meet many people in various places. All proceeds will be donated." He said.

Starting with Korea University on the 25th, New Jeans will appear at Chosun University on the 27th, Dongeui University and Pusan National University on the 28th, Dongguk University and Sejong University on the 30th, and Chung-Ang University on the 31st. New Jeans plans to entertain the audience with a variety of songs, including 'How Sweet' and 'Bubble Gum'.

At Korea University's festival 'Ypsilenti', New Jeans enthusiastically performed two new songs, 'New Jeans', and 'ETA', drawing a warm response. Even though the new song was released the day before the festival, it was sung in unison and proved to be very popular. New Jeans' second single 'How Sweet' sold more than 810,000 copies on the first day. It was announced that the fourth ‘Million Seller’ would be achieved. The music video for 'How Sweet' proved its global popularity by ranking first on YouTube's global daily popular music video chart.

Previously, New Jeans also impressed fans with their comeback tribute. The 300 fans who came to the music broadcast were given sunglasses from the C brand, for which they are models. It is reported that the sunglasses in question are worth 150,000 won.
