‘Solo debut’ Wooqi, horror queen

(G)I-DLE's Yuqi announced her position as a lovely horror queen.

At midnight on the 19th, Cube Entertainment released the first music video teaser for 'FREAK', the title of YUQI's first mini album 'YUQ1', through its official SNS channel.

In the released video, Yuqi looks at the alphabet written on the Ouija board and then looks straight ahead with a surprised expression, creating an occult atmosphere. Then, after the rainy season passed, the red rabbit doll that had been placed in one corner of the room moved, making the viewers even more creepy.

In addition, Yuqi continued to look around or make a call somewhere, creating tension, and the video ended with scenes of Yuqi falling backwards, red liquid, and the receiver falling, adding to the curiosity about the new album that was shrouded in mystery.

Previously, Yuqi presented both kitsch and horror moods with promotional content using a rabbit as the main symbol, raising expectations for the concept. Interest is growing as to what he will show as a solo artist, as he has embarked on a unique transformation with unprecedented visuals that have never been seen before.

Yuqi will release her first mini album 'YUQ1' through various online music sites at 6 PM on the 23rd, and the offline album will be available starting on the 24th.
