On January 21, Jang Won-young won a lawsuit seeking 100 million won in damages filed against Mr. Park, the operator of Taldeok Camp. Jang Won-young and Starship, who have been simultaneously pursuing civil-criminal and overseas lawsuits against Taldeok Camp since November 2022, are determined to set a good precedent by severely holding Cyber Wrecka accountable through this lawsuit.

Mr. Park, who lost the case to Jang Won-young, appealed against the ruling and then applied to the court for a compulsory suspension of execution, saying, "The compensation amount of 100 million is too large."
