(G)I-DLE Minnie, producer’s new charm… Demonstrates a wide spectrum of music

(G)I-DLE Minnie showed off her shining skills as a producer.

Cube Entertainment, the agency, released (G)I-DLE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, Shuhua)'s own content 'I-LOG' video through the official YouTube channel at 10 pm on the 19th.

In the released video, Minnie showed off her work on the songs '7Days' and 'Vision' from her 2nd full-length album 'Two', for which she participated in writing and composing lyrics.

On the day of the guide recording of '7Days', which was a demo song without lyrics at the time, Minnie showed a playful smile and a consistent focus on the work as soon as the work began in earnest. Minnie continued to shout “again” in a professional manner, revealing a different charm from her usual lovely appearance.

In particular, Minnie's first attempt at rap was revealed through the recording of the song 'Vision'. Minnie, who filled out the song step by step, starting with the melody, presented a sweet tone just by humming, and also showed off her side as a singer-songwriter and an unstoppable passionate producer by releasing various versions of the rap she had recorded for her fans.


Minnie shared various ideas with the crew, thought about the ending section, and easily wrote rap lyrics for the first time. Previously, since 2019, Minnie has consistently appeared on (G)I-DLE's album credits, including 'Blow Your Mind', 'MOON', 'ALREADY', and 'ESCAPE'. She has met listeners from all over the world with her unique musical style.

As Minnie is showing a wide spectrum of music, attention is also focused on her actions as a producer beyond just an artist.

Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE, to which Minnie belongs, recently successfully held a pop-up store in Seoul to commemorate the release of their second full-length album '2'. The pop-up store is scheduled to open sequentially in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, and Melbourne.
