Hong Da-bin sues former agency for “unfair distribution and non-payment”
Hong Da-bin's current agency, CTYL, said in an official statement on the 30th, "On the 29th, our artist Hong Da-bin filed a lawsuit against Dream Perfect Gym Co., Ltd., former CEO Kim Scott Yun-ho, and Lizim International Co., Ltd. through Kim & Chang Law Offices for 'unfair profit distribution', ' “We have filed a complaint for reasons such as ‘non-payment of settlement fee and settlement data’ and ‘non-payment of world tour appearance fees and settlement data,’” he said.
He added, "Our company and the artist recognize the incident as serious and are taking legal action to protect the rights of our artist."
Meanwhile, Hong Da-bin, who debuted in 2017, is well known under the name DPR LIVE. After parting ways with her former agency in October last year, she began working under her real name, Hong Da-bin.
