INFINITE's Sungjong announces lawsuit for unpaid settlement... SPK representative ‘remains silent’

SPK is also the former agency of singer Hong Ji-yoon. Hong Ji-yoon also filed a request for a temporary injunction against SPK to suspend the exclusive contract, and received a decision from the court. I am currently working under an exclusive contract with Saengsang Entertainment.
Sungjong said in an official statement on this day, "Immediately after signing the contract, I have not been properly provided with the support necessary for TV appearances, fan meetings, and album releases by SPK Entertainment, and I have not received the promised down payment. The issue of refunds for canceled fan meetings is also still being resolved. “I asked for it, but was turned away,” he claimed.
Sungjong attempted to negotiate as he had not received payment or data, but SPK Entertainment avoided answering and announced that he had notified them of an exclusive contract in late December of last year. “We tried to resolve this situation amicably through dialogue, separate from the notice of termination of the exclusive contract, but SPK Entertainment ignored this and officially notified us last week that they had no intention of discussing it,” he said. “As the relationship of trust has broken down, “We plan to take formal legal action through a law firm as soon as possible,” he said, suggesting legal action.
