Yena Choi “Wrote and compose ‘Love War’”
Yena Choi held a showcase commemorating the release of her first single album 'Love War' at 4 PM on the 16th.
The new album 'Love War' contains the narrative of love seen from Choi Yena's perspective. Inner emotions and stories were expressed directly, yet gently, in Choi Yena's unique colors.
Choi Yena participated in writing and composing the songs ‘Love War’ and ‘Wash Away’ in this album, announcing her musical growth and her start as a singer-songwriter. In addition, musician Colde's production was added to enhance the album's completeness.
The title song of the same name as the album is a song that expresses the most precarious and boring period in the process of love. It features straightforward lyrics and a groovy melody line. In particular, Choi Yena and Bio sing about each other's perspectives as lovers on the verge of separation.
In addition to the title song 'Love War', the intro song 'Love Is Over' and 'Wash Away', which contains the moment of farewell when leaving someone you loved without regret, are also included.
On this day, Yena Choi explained, "If you go near Hongdae, you can see couples who look dangerous. I tried to capture the images of such couples and the emotions of Na-yeon and Hee-du in Transit Love 2, which I am watching closely these days."
He also said, “I hope many people will feel refreshed and say, ‘Choi Yena has this kind of side.’ I was excited and happy throughout the preparation.”
Meanwhile, Choi Yena's new album 'Love War' will be released on various music sites at 6 pm today (16th).
