SEVENTEEN wins 4 music broadcast awards as ‘God of Music’
Seventeen appeared on MBC's 'Show!' which aired on the 4th. They took first place on 'Music Core' with the title song 'God of Music' from their 11th mini album 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' without appearing on TV. As a result, Seventeen will promote ‘Show!’ through this new album. Following 'Champion', 'M Countdown', and 'Music Bank', the group won 4 music broadcast awards.
'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' is the album name that changed the English expression 'Seventh Heaven', which means 'a state of extreme happiness', into SEVENTEEN's own meaning. With 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN', SEVENTEEN set a record as the first artist to sell more than 5 million albums in the first week of release, ranking first among K-pop artists in history.
The title song 'God of Music' went straight to No. 1 on major domestic music charts such as Melon, Genie, and Bugs immediately after its release and has maintained the top spot.
