Idol teams representing K-pop compete for the position of ‘Best Global Artist’. It is through the 9th TOP TEN AWARDS (TTA).

'TTA', which selects the best team through voting by K-pop fans from 10 countries, marks its 9th anniversary. The '9th TTA', hosted by Ten Asia, is an event to select the best global artists in the second half of 2022.

The 9th TTA site was opened on January 6th. Celeb Champ advance voting was held from January 6th to January 16th. Additionally, preliminary voting will be held from January 26th to February 8th. The final voting will then be held from February 10th to February 23rd, and the final announcement will be made on February 24th.

Candidate selection is divided into first and second rounds. The first round is for idols active in the second half of 2022, and includes individuals and groups ranked in the top 28 on the Idol Champ application Achamp Chart from July to November. For the second round of selection, two advance votes were conducted for singers active in the second half of 2022, divided into female and male groups, and Eun Ga-eun and Jeong Dong-won were selected.

As a result, 30 final candidate teams were selected. The 30 team candidates include Kang Daniel, EXO, Park Ji-hoon, BTS, 2AM, Girls' Generation, Stray Kids, Treasure, GOT7, Super Junior, SHINee, Fromis Nine, DKZ, (G)I-DLE, Astro, Dreamcatcher, and NCT 127. , Secret Number, Twice, Enhyphen, SF0, Seventeen, Highlight, Ha Sung-woon, Blackpink, god, Eun Ga-eun, ATEEZ, Mamamoo, and Jeong Dong-won were named.

Voting will be held in 10 countries, including Korea, the United States, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Voting can be done 100 times per user each day. When you sign up for membership on the official site, you will receive one free vote per day, and the rest can be obtained through coupon registration and goods. In addition, the number of voting rights is expanded to two through advertising.

Preliminaries will be held for each country, and the top 10 idols who won in each country will advance to the final round and be selected as the 'Best Global Artist of the Second Half of 2022'.
