BTS Jungkook, '3D' takes 5th place on Billboard 'Hot 100'

According to the latest chart preview article (as of October 14th) posted on the US Billboard official website on the 9th (local time), BTS Jungkook's solo single '3D (feat. Jack Harlow)' topped the main song chart 'Hot 100'. took 5th place. Jungkook went straight to first place with his first solo single 'Seven (feat. Latto)' and also entered the 'Top 5' with his second solo single, making him the only Korean solo artist to have more than one song ranked in the top 5 of the 'Hot 100'. done.
'Hot 100' is Billboard's main song chart that ranks by combining streaming, radio broadcasts, physical (CD) and digital single sales, and '3D' has 13.6 million streaming, 3.1 million radio broadcasts, and 87,000. It recorded physical and digital single sales.
According to the chart preview article, '3D' also went straight to first place on the 'Digital Song Sales', 'Global 200', and 'Global (excluding the US)' charts, respectively. With this, Jungkook became the first Korean solo artist to place more than one song at number one on the ‘global’ chart. In particular, in 'Global (excluding the U.S.)', '3D' took first place and 'Seven' took second place, and Jungkook is the first time in Billboard history that a solo artist swept first and second place on this chart simultaneously.
Jungkook won the OST 'Stay Alive (Prod. SUGA of BTS)' (95th) from the Hive original story '7FATES: CHAKHO' produced by Suga last year, and the collaboration song 'Left and Right' with Charlie Puth (22nd), this year. He posted a total of 4 solo songs on the 'Hot 100' chart, including the solo singles 'Seven' (1st place) and '3D' (5th place).
In the latest 'Daily Top Song Global' chart (as of October 8) released by global streaming company Spotify, 'Seven' returned to first place, and '3D' was ranked third. In this way, Jungkook has clearly established himself as a 'global pop star' with consecutive box office successes with 'Seven' and '3D'.
Meanwhile, Jungkook will release his first solo album 'GOLDEN' simultaneously worldwide at 1 PM (Korea time) on the 3rd of next month. This album, which is inspired by solo artist Jungkook's 'golden moment', contains a total of 11 songs, including solo singles 'Seven' and '3D'.
