This fan meeting had a special meaning to both the members and fans as it was held about 8 years after Kara held the '2015 KAMILIA FESTIVAL' in Tokyo, Japan in 2015. Kara's fan meetings held in three cities in Japan were sold out immediately after ticket sales began, showing off the continued popularity of 'Korean Wave Queen' Kara, while the second fan meeting in Yokohama on the 3rd was broadcast live through online live streaming.
KARA heated up the atmosphere at the venue by opening the opening stage with the title song 'WHEN I MOVE' from the Japanese album 'MOVE AGAIN' commemorating the 15th anniversary of their debut. The five members entertained fans with various events that allowed them to interact more closely with fans, from recent talks that fans were curious about.
