Suga will simultaneously release the pre-released song 'People Pt. 2 (feat. IU)' worldwide on the 7th at 1 PM (Korean time) from his solo album 'D-DAY', which will be released by Agust D.
'D-DAY' is the finale album of the Agust D Trilogy (3-part series), following the mixtapes 'Agust D' (2016) and 'D-2' (2020), which were previously released by Suga as Agust D. Suga took charge of writing, composing, and producing all the songs, and included Agust D's emotions and his own honest story in this album.
The pre-released 'People Pt. 2 (feat. IU)' is a pop R&B genre centered on boom bap rhythm, and singer IU participated in the featuring, doubling the song's charm with her elegant tone. This song expresses the constantly recurring relationships between people and the resulting emotions with Agust D's sensibility.
The music video for 'People Pt.2 (feat. IU)' will be released simultaneously with the sound source. In line with the overall mood of the song, the music video also has a comfortable and calm atmosphere, and shows Suga immersed in music work.
Suga will release all songs on his solo album 'D-DAY', which will be the finale of the Agust D Trilogy, on the 21st.
