Listen to the musical ‘KPOP’ that rocked Broadway as an album

According to Sony Music Entertainment, the soundtrack for the musical 'KPOP' was produced as a Broadway casting album and will be released on the 12th. A total of 19 tracks, including the main title 'This is My Korea' and the subtitle 'Still I Love You' sung by Luna, capture the emotion of the musical.
The musical 'KPOP', which premiered at the Circle in the Square Theater in New York in November last year, attracted a lot of attention when it entered Broadway, the dream stage for all musical musicians. Helen Park, who composed the musical, also recorded the record of being Asia's first female composer on Broadway. Beyond their simple debut, they created another history by being nominated in three categories at the 76th Tony Awards, the most prestigious event in the American theater and musical world.
The musicians who worked with Helen Park are also spectacular. Max Vernon, a musician who encompasses playwriting, lyrics, and composition, and Harvey Mason Jr., who worked with legendary artists such as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Mariah Carey, have come together. The 'KPOP' numbers they completed encompassed various musical styles, from 1990s ballads to hip-hop, within the boundaries of K-pop, and received favorable reviews from global critics.
The musical 'KPOP' tells the story of K-pop trainees who dream of becoming the brightest stars on stage. Actual K-pop artists such as f(x)'s Luna, Spica's Bo-hyung, Miss A's Min, and U-KISS's Kevin were cast, making the show even more realistic.
Their story continues with a soundtrack album that captures the works and narratives of those who made K-pop pop on Broadway in New York, the center of musicals, in one place.
