BTS Jungkook 'Seven' topped the US Billboard global chart for 6 consecutive weeks

BTS Jungkook is writing a new record with his first solo song 'SEVEN'.

According to Billboard on the 28th (local time), Jungkook's 'Seven' took first place on both the 'Global 200' and 'Global (excluding the US)' as of September 2nd. Since its release on the 14th of last month, it has been at the top of both charts for six consecutive weeks.

This is the first K-pop singer to top the 'Global 200' for six consecutive weeks. It has already surpassed the record of BTS' 'Dynamite', which ranked first for four weeks. In 'Global (excluding the US)', it is chasing after 'Dynamite', which ranked first for 8 weeks.

'Seven' is a song about wanting to be with the person you love all week from Monday to Sunday.

According to Spotify, the world's largest streaming platform, on the 27th, 'Seven' was recorded as 'the most played song in the summer of 2023'.
