The Korea Leukemia Children's Foundation, a non-profit organization specializing in childhood cancer, announced on June 8 that it had received a donation of 5 million won from singer Lim Young-woong's fan club 'Heroic Age Gwangju Jeonnam'.



Hero Era Gwangju Jeonnam, commemorating singer Lim Young-woong's birthday on June 16th, made a donation of 5 million won with 145 fans to diagnose and treat childhood cancer and rare incurable diseases in Gwangju or Jeonnam area under the age of 19. It was donated so that it could be used for the treatment of children living in poverty.



Inheriting the good influence of singer Lim Young-woong, Gwangju and Jeonnam of the Heroic Age, which is making the 8th cumulative donation, continues to participate in various campaigns along with donations for treatment expenses and volunteer activities for children with childhood cancer, It has donated to various places in need of help in the local community, and the cumulative donation amount, including donations to the foundation, has reached 64 million won.



The person in charge of Gwangju Jeonnam for the Heroic Age who participated in the donation said, “I am happy to be able to unite the hearts of the Heroic Age Gwangju and Jeonnam members and continue to be with children with childhood cancer.” I will share it with you.”

Since 1991, the Korea Children's Leukemia Foundation has been providing support for childhood cancer patients and their families in Korea. A 'rest supporter campaign' was launched in April to provide a safe shelter for family members living in rural areas so that they can focus only on treatment.
