Same day as Zero Base One's debut, EXO's comeback... Kim Kyu-bin "I want to ask for your autograph"

Zero Base One Kim Kyu-bin expressed his respect for EXO.

On the 10th, Zero Base One's debut showcase was held at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjang-dong, Seoul. Zero Base One is a multinational boy group consisting of 9 members selected through Mnet's survival audition 'Boys Planet'.

When asked about the difference between when he was a trainee and after his debut, Kim Tae-rae said, “It is that I can experience various stages. I received fans for the first time at K-Con, and I can't forget the thrill of that time."

This day is also EXO's comeback day. Kim Gyu-bin said, "It's an honor to debut on the same day as a senior I've admired since I was a trainee, and I want to meet them on a music show or something like that. I want to imprint on EXO sunbaenim, 'There are rookies like this'. We will leave an impression with our teamwork and the spirit of a rookie.” When asked what he would do if we met in person, he replied, "I will ask for an autograph," bringing laughter.

The team name Zero Base One has the meaning of the 'brilliant beginning' of the nine members starting from zero (0) and being born as one (1), and the journey that Zero Base One will walk from the unfinished 0 to 1 with Zeros (fandom name). The members' commitment to be together is implied.

The first mini-album, 'Youth in the Shade', is an album that contains the beauty of brilliant youth and the instability behind it. The title song 'In Bloom' is a song that expresses the will of Zero Base One, who is taking a more beautiful and meaningful first step because there is an end, but is still incomplete and immature, but will run towards 'you'. It is a drum and bass genre where vintage sensibility and trendy coexist.

Zero Base One will release its first mini-album 'Youth in the Shade' through each music site at 6 pm on the 10th.
