BTS Suga, the most streamed Korean solo singer ever on Spotify
BTS' Suga has surpassed 3 billion streams in total on Spotify. As a Korean solo singer, he set a new record for the first and most streaming in Spotify history.
According to the record of Spotify, the world's largest music platform, Suga set a new record on the 1st as the first K-pop solo singer to exceed 3 billion cumulative streaming with total credits. This is the sum of Suga's solo activities name, Agust D, Suga, and 5 individual songs from BTS' albums.
In particular, Suga achieved a total of 2.5 billion streams last month with solo credits excluding songs from BTS albums, setting another new record as the 'first Korean solo singer'. It is meaningful because it is the result of adding only three solo albums and songs that participated in producing.
Suga ranked 1st on iTunes charts in 100 countries with 3 songs (Daechwita, Haegeum, and People pt.2), making him the first and only rapper to top 3 or more songs on iTunes charts in 100 countries.
