Actor Jo Jung-suk has once again captured the summer box office with his latest film, 'Zombie Daughter'.

Starring Jo Jung-suk, 'Zombie Daughter' (distributed by NEW, produced by StudioN, directed by Pil Gam-sung) is a comedic drama about a devoted father who undergoes secret training to protect his daughter, the last remaining zombie on Earth. Following his previous summer hits 'Exit' and 'Pilot', Jo Jung-suk returns to the big screen.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated computer network for movie tickets, 'Zombie Daughter' attracted 430,091 viewers on its opening day, setting the highest opening score for a film released this year. Additionally, as of 8 a.m. on the release day (30th), it held a real-time reservation rate of 42.2%, ranking first, drawing attention to its rapid box office success.
