The movie 'PROJECT SILENCE' starring Lee Sun-kyun is released.
'PROJECT SILENCE', which will be released on July 12th, is the story of a series of collisions in a thick fog and people fighting an extreme struggle to survive from out-of-control military lab dogs released on the Airport Bridge, which is on the verge of collapse. Lee Sun-kyun, Ju Ji-hoon, Kim Hee-won, Moon Seong-geun, Yeo So-jung, Kim Tae-woo, Park Hee-bon, Park Joo-hyun, and Kim Su-an appear.
◆ Worst collision caused by bad weather
Late at night, a fog advisory goes into effect across the country, and a thick fog that makes it impossible to see an inch ahead covers the Airport Bridge in the middle of the sea, causing the worst series of collisions. In 'PROJECT SILENCE', the fog is the starting point that triggers the first accident in the movie and foreshadows invisible dangers (the scale of the accident, future events, and the appearance of a special being). The thick fog covering the Airport Bridge increases tension with a unique mood, unlike existing disaster movies that emphasize scale and spectacle.
◆ Isolation due to serial disasters
As a result of the collision, hundreds of vehicles became entangled, a huge tanker overturned, toxic gas leaked, and both directions of the Airport Bridge were completely blocked. Here, the helicopter that was brought in to resolve the incident actually crashed and collided with the main tower cable of the bridge, leaving the airport bridge on the verge of collapse and being completely isolated. Endless serial disasters such as rear-end accidents, toxic gas leaks, helicopter crashes, and bridges on the verge of collapse present unpredictable attractions to the audience. The struggle of various characters, including the security office administrator (Lee Seon-kyun), the wrecker driver (Ju Ji-hoon), and the lead researcher of Project Silence (Kim Hee-won), which involves the test dog in question, will give you a thrill.
◆ The appearance of an unexpected special being
Echo, a military laboratory dog, was in a Ministry of Defense convoy that overturned in a collision. As a result of Project Silence, which was carried out in secret, the operation of those involved to control them failed, and an error in the program led to an attack on all survivors on the airport bridge. What was commonly encountered as a friendly companion dog in everyday life was transformed into an unexpected disaster here. At the Gonghang Bridge, where the space of everyday life has turned into a space of nightmares, people fall into complete confusion when a friendly being suddenly becomes the target of a threat. The realistic situation makes viewers sympathize with the drama, and the appearance of experimental dogs who cannot predict when and where they will attack provides suspense and tension.
'PROJECT SILENCE' will be available in theaters nationwide on July 12th.
