'Moana 2' opens on November 27th

‘Moana 2’, the second story of the Disney animation ‘Moana’, has released its first teaser poster.

'Moana' is Disney's flagship animation that recorded box office profits of $640 million worldwide, featuring both fantastic visuals that capture the wondrous sea and nature and a beautiful OST that captivates both ears. 'Moana', which was nominated for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song at the 89th Academy Awards, returns with 'Moana 2', a new story. The first teaser poster heralding Moana and Maui's new adventure has been released.

The first teaser poster contains the silhouette of Moana blowing a conch trumpet against the background of a beautiful sunset that turns the blue sea purple. The image of the hook, the source of Maui's power, and the oar that rows the boat, landed on a wide beach, is raising expectations among prospective audiences about what new adventures Moana and Maui will have against the backdrop of the infinite sea in this work.

The movie 'Moana 2', which has confirmed its theatrical release, will depict the adventures of Moana and Maui with a new crew. Director Dave Derek Jr., who participated in 'Raya and the Last Dragon', was in charge of directing this work. The best production crew, including Grammy Award winners Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear, and three-time Grammy winner Mark Mancina, participated in the OST.

‘Moana’ is scheduled to be released on November 27th.
