‘12.12: THE DAY’ ranked first for 16 consecutive days, accumulated 5.47 million… Will it surpass 7 million over the weekend?

According to the Korea Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater admission tickets, on the 7th, '12.12: THE DAY' (directed by Kim Seong-soo) attracted 200,546 viewers, recording a cumulative audience of 5,471,695. Since its release on the 22nd of last month, it has not missed the top spot at the box office even once, and has actually achieved a 'bullshit box office success'.

Second place was ‘3 Days of Vacation’ (directed by Yook Sang-hyo), which was viewed by 34,129 people and recorded a cumulative audience of 74,164. '3 Days of Vacation' is a healing fantasy film about mother Bok-ja (Kim Hae-sook), who is on vacation in heaven, and her daughter Jinju (Shin Min-ah), who runs a restaurant using her mother's recipes. It is receiving positive reviews from audiences for stimulating tears. Following '3 Days Vacation', 'Napoleon' (directed by Rirley Scott) is in third place with 22,182 viewers. The cumulative number of viewers is 61,246.
