'Puppy' reunites 15 years after its release, Yoo Yeon-seok and Cha Tae-hyun's chemistry

According to distributor Kidari Studio Co., Ltd., 'Puppy' has confirmed its release on March 1. 'Dog Dog' is about two brothers, Min-su (played by Yoo Yeon-seok), who is on the verge of logging out early in his life as a dog owner, and Jin-guk (played by Cha Tae-hyun), whose life itself is in crisis. They begin interviews to find the perfect owner for their beloved dog Rooney, and end up with an unexpected insight. A movie that continues our encounters.

Here, the copy, “I’d like to have a butler interview” announces the start of the most enjoyable journey in 2023. Another poster stimulates curiosity with the 180-degree different mood between Minsu, who looks tearful, with the happy smile shown in the previous image disappearing, and Jin-gook, who seems to be resolute.
The trailer stimulates curiosity about how diverse the two golden young men's search for the perfect dog owner will be portrayed. The special story of one to eight innocent and unique dogs adds to the fun as Minsu and Jin-gook travel through the biggest crisis of their dog owners' lives.

Cha Tae-hyun plays Jin-gook, who is poor for money after ruining the cafe he ambitiously opened, but has the best loyalty. He is attracting attention by returning to the screen after a long time since the movie 'Along with the Gods' series.
Cha Tae-hyeon, with his personality befitting the name Jin-guk, becomes Min-su's cousin, but is as good as his own brother, and at the end of their journey together, he begins an unplanned life as a butler. Even though he looks immature on the outside, he is expected to deliver a solid performance as a character who is more affectionate and dependable than anyone else.

Director Kim Joo-hwan tells a more relatable family story by developing it from the story of two men shown in 'Youth Police' to the story of two brothers. In addition, the two actors' perfect tiki-taka, the cuteness of the dogs that are soothing to the eyes and heart, and the warm message are added to make audiences of all generations fall in love with its irresistible charm.
