Actress Jo A-ram has been selected as the lead in Korea's first cheerleading movie 'Victory' and is making her first screen debut.

The movie 'Victory' (directed by Park Beom-soo, provided by Mindmark, produced by Annapurna Film) takes place at the end of the century in 1999, when 'Pil-seon' (Lee Hye-ri) and 'Mina' (Park Se-wan), a school dance duo in Geoje, the southernmost city, formed solely to dance. It is a story about a passionate cheering match with dance and music with the cheerleading club ‘Millennium Girls’.

Jo A-ram played the role of Se-hyeon, who worked as a cheerleader in Seoul but became a member of the Millennium Girls after transferring to Geoje. In particular, a fiery battle of nerves with actress Lee Hye-ri, who plays the role of Geoje girl Pil-seon, will add to the tension and richness of the story.

The character played by Jo A-ram in the movie is a chic yet arrogant 'Seoul girl', and her struggles while transferring to Geoje are presented in a cheerful and colorful way. In addition, it will show the character in a three-dimensional way as she gradually adapts to being a Geoje girl and finally becomes one with her friends.

In addition, she is expected to transform into a fresh and lively high school girl with an end-of-century sensibility, solidifying her position as a rising star in Chungmuro with her unique fresh charm and unique acting.

Jo A-ram previously appeared as an MS Mart part-timer in the tvN drama 'Murderer's Shopping List', her acting debut, and captured the attention of viewers by injecting tension into the drama with her chic and cool-headed charm. He plans to expand his acting career to the big screen through this movie 'Victory'.

Meanwhile, Korea's first cheerleading movie 'Victory' began filming in earnest on March 4th.
