Actor Lee Jung-jae's first directorial film 'Hunt' was officially invited to the non-competitive section of the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival.

According to his agency Artist Company on the 8th, Lee Jung-jae's first directorial film 'Hunt' was recently officially invited to the non-competitive section of the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFFF).

The Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival is considered one of the world's three largest fantastic film festivals, along with Spain's Sitges Film Festival and Portugal's Fantasporto. 'The Hunt' was invited to the Orbita section of the competition section of the 55th Sitges Film Festival and received favorable reviews from local audiences.

In addition, 'Hunt' received calls from the world's leading film festivals, including the 47th Toronto International Film Festival, Fantastic Fest 2022, and the 36th Fantasy Film Fest, as well as an official invitation to the Midnight Screening section of the 75th Cannes Film Festival.

In particular, director Lee Jeong-jae captured audiences around the world with 'Hunt', even though it was his first directing work, with a solid story, intense action, and gorgeous visuals. Director Lee Jeong-jae's global capabilities were also recognized. Attention is being paid to the global craze of 'Hunt' that continues.

Meanwhile, the 41st Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival will be held on April 11.
